Join Lisa Rush, Via! Certified Fitness Specialist, each Thursday to stretch, flex, and learn how to use exercise bands, balls, etc. to tone and strengthen major muscle groups.

Education Program
Put on your walking shoes and join us for this monthly program.
Walk from 7:00 a.m. – 7:30, get educated from 7:30 – 8:00, and then enjoy a nice breakfast provided by Atria Regency! Must walk and attend seminar to get breakfast.
